About Al Canitia

Father of two boys, passionate golfer, and President of BG Insurance Agency!

Al started BG Insurance Agency in 2010. It had been a great adventure growing the company from scratch and he looks forward to continuing on his path of protecting his clients. Believe it or not, Al has a life outside of insurance. He is a lover of baseball and has been coaching one of his sons’ teams for the last 7 years! Teaching his boys to be fine young men is his constant focus. He volunteers his time with a local barber college—mentoring future business owners on all aspects of owning a business. Al also enjoys traveling with his wife and kids when the boys are not involved in sports.
